Refund Policy

Membership 

- Members may cancel their membership by logging into their account at www.resourcefulraini.com

- Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice to RAINI & ASSOCIATES, INC/RESOURCEFUL RAINI at least ten (10) days prior to the next billing cycle. 

- Cancellation requests must be sent via email to RAINI & ASSOCIATES, INC/RESOURCEFUL RAINI thrive@resourcefulraini.com.

- Email cancellation request must be received at least ten (10) days prior to the next billing cycle. If received within 10day of the next billing cycle, the membership will cancel the following cycle, and no refunds will be issued.

- Email cancellation request must include: first & last name of member, members email used for log-in, and a stated request to cancel the membership.  A reason for cancellation is helpful but not required.

Refund Policy - Tangible Goods

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  1. Notification & Approval:

    • To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of your intent to return the item within 10 days of purchase.

    • All refund requests must be approved before returning the item.

  2. Condition of Returned Items:

    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

    • Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition may not qualify for a refund.

  3. Refund Processing:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

    • Refunds will be issued for the full purchase amount, less any shipping and handling charges.

  4. Exclusions & Exceptions:

    • Certain items may be non-refundable due to hygiene, customization, or clearance sale status. These exclusions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

    • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our policy criteria.

What to include in the Refund Policy

Digital Product Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality digital products and ensure customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we offer refunds under the following conditions:

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

    • Refunds will only be granted if:

      • The product was not delivered or is inaccessible due to technical issues on our end.

      • There was an incorrect charge or duplicate purchase.

      • The product description was misleading or significantly different from what was delivered.

  2. Non-Refundable Circumstances:

    • Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, refunds will not be issued for:

      • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

      • Failure to meet system or compatibility requirements (please review before purchase).

      • Completed downloads or accessed content unless there is a verifiable issue.

  3. Resolution Process:

    • If you experience any issues, please contact us with your order details and a description of the problem.

    • We may offer technical support, a replacement, or alternative solutions before approving a refund.

  4. Chargebacks & Disputes:

    • We encourage customers to reach out to us before filing a chargeback or dispute. Unwarranted disputes may result in the suspension of future purchases.
